Porcelain plate

　　Porcelain plate is a ceramic coating mainly composed of nano-sized silicon oxide and aluminum oxide on the metal substrate. The coating itself can withstand 1500 ℃ high temperature. The plates coated with ceramic coating on the steel plate substrate are collectively referred to as porcelain fused to metal plates. The ceramic coating on the porcelain fused to metal plate is prepared by sol gel method with water dispersed nano oxide (sol) as the precursor, hydrolysis reaction of various nano oxides, baking and curing at low temperature to form a ceramic membrane similar to ceramics.

　　Porcelain plate has the characteristics of water-based environmental protection, color diversity, high hardness, pollution resistance, fire resistance and weather resistance, and meets the conditions required for decoration materials. Therefore, it is widely used in large public construction projects such as underground pedestrian passages, subway stations, high-speed railway stations, airports, as well as outdoor building curtain wall decoration in harsh environments, and even in special places such as sterile operating rooms, nuclear power stations. The production process of porcelain fused to metal plate is the same as that of porcelain fused to aluminum plate, but porcelain fused to metal plate has higher requirements for steel plate material and sand blasting effect. The professional production of porcelain fused to metal plates must have basic equipment: sandblasting machine, substrate pre-heating wire, coating curing machine, and automatic water-based electrostatic spraying system.
