Steel Wallboard

Its installation is convenient, maintenance is convenient, surface is easy to clean, and hardness is high. It is widely used in the walls of hospitals, schools, business halls, service centers and other public buildings.

　　Composition of steel wallboard

　　1. Base course: hot-melt galvanized steel plate with thickness of 0.6-0.8mm is generally used, and it is treated by anti-rust, anti-corrosion and hot-melt galvanizing process.

　　2. Surface layer: the surface of steel wallboard is sprayed with electrostatic powder, or pre-roll coating process can be selected; Thermal transfer printing technology or film covering technology can be used for the surface requirements of wood grain, stone grain, leather grain and other texture

　　3. Core material: gypsum board, calcium silicate board, corrugated board and honeycomb board of corresponding specifications shall be used according to the design requirements.

　　Main function of core material

　　1. Keep the elevation flat.

　　2. Increase the impact strength of wallboard.

　　3. Avoid cavities, and there is no empty drum sound when knocking.

　　Surface treatment type of metal wallboard The surface of steel wallboard is mainly divided into pre-roller coating, electrostatic powder spraying, heat transfer printing, and film coating.

　　Installation process

　　The steel composite wallboard is divided into four types of structures:
